Refund Policy

At MediFirst Consulting, we have established the following refund policy:

Non-Refundable Courses:

All courses are considered non-refundable unless they are canceled by MediFirst or you can cancel 7 days prior to in-class training for full refund.

Rescheduling:

Should you wish to reschedule your booking, you have the option to do so with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for in-person First Aid and CPR courses. Failure to provide notice within the specified timeframe will result in the course being deemed non-transferable.

Reschedule Fees After the Grace Period:

Standard First Aid and CPR & Emergency First Aid and CPR: $45

BLS/CPR AED Courses: $25

No Show Policy:

Participants who fail to attend the scheduled training date will not be eligible for a refund.

Course Requirements:

For those who register for Blended Learning or Re-certification courses, it is imperative that you ensure compliance with all course requirements. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the forfeiture of your payment for that particular course.

Please note that these terms and conditions are prominently outlined within our registration system, and it is mandatory for all participants to accept and acknowledge these terms prior to completing their registration. Your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies are greatly appreciated.
